Policies and procedures

Procedure: Firstly reserve a bungalow/villa using our online reservation system.

1. Read our rules and regulations.
2. Read our payment policy
3. Read about our cancellation policy
4. Read about our security deposit agreement
5. Read about check-in and out times

Payment:

Minimum payment is the security deposit as mentioned on the payment page and is not a part of the rental fee.Total payment-including services like tours,car rentals,excursion packages etc must be made not later than 30 days prior to arrival. An invoice with a payment link will be sent via e-mail 2 weeks prior to the payment due date . In case no payment has been received 2 weeks prior to the arrival date Trapiche Resort & Realty has the right to cancel the reservation without making any refunds. All security deposits will be reimbursed upon check -out. Payment will be made via Paypal or Avall as indicated on the secure payment page.

Rules and Regulations:

1) Tenant will treat the accommodation with respect and in case of damage will pay for any repair or replacement to said property and its contents. (furniture,appliances etc)

2) Tenant will respect the quality of life of other guests of the resort during the day and night.

3) Behavior that results in the disturbance of other guests of the resort (loud music,parties,shouting, unacceptable obscene behavior) will not be tolerated and will be reason for immediate expulsion from the accommodation without delay or any refunds.

4) Trapiche Resort & Realty will not be responsible for any personal injuries or damage to any personal property while on our resort grounds..

5) The use or possession of illegal drugs is not allowed on the property.

6) Smoking is allowed anywhere on the resort grounds except inside the accommodations..

Cancellation Policy:

·Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the security deposit as mentioned on the payment page.

·Cancellation 30-15 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the security deposit plus 50% of the rental fee .

·Cancellation 14-0 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the security deposit plus the full rental fee.

·Any money forfeited through our cancellation policy can be applied towards a future rental date.

Security Deposit agreement:

·Tenant agrees that in case of damage , caused by tenant, the repair and/or replacement cost will be taken out of the security deposit up to the maximum amount.

·The management of Trapiche Resort will refund the security deposit in full upon check-out.

Check -in and check-out times:

·Check-in time is at 4:00pm unless different arrangements are made by the tenant and the management.

·Check-out time is at 12:00pm unless different arrangements are made by the tenant and the management.

Flexible extensions are available at a fee.
