VOLCANOES

Irazu Volcano.

Irazu's summit stands at 3432m (11260ft) and has the most spectacular panoramic views of the central valley and both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. We offer this trip in combination with a sightseeing tour in the historic city of Cartago.

Poas Volcano

Poas is an active volcano in the central mountain range of Costa Rica. It is one of the world's largest geysers boasting huge crater diameter of over 1.5 km wide. This, in combination with stops in the towns of Sarchi - well known for its fascinating craftsmanship of oxcarts and colorful handcrafts, and Grecia - renowned for its metal church.

Arenal volcano.

Arenal is the most active volcano in Costa Rica and produces frequent loud booms and clouds of ashes and smoke. On clear nights you can see an amazing display of natural fireworks when the eruption of lava and burning rocks lights up the sky. Included in this trip is a stop at the natural spa's of Tabacon where you can enjoy the soothing waters of the hot springs. Normally this trip is done in 2 days. Our management will provide you with excellent accommodations while away.

BEACHES

We have trips to over 40 different beaches throughout Costa Rica plus, a variety of other sea related activities while there. Whether it be sport fishing, snorkeling, deep sea diving. windsurfing or windsailing, scuba diving or sea kayaking or just soaking up the sun and sea breeze, we can help direct you to the perfect location. Our packages are from half day to 3 + days with hotels included. We also offer instructional packages for all levels, for those of you who would like to learn or improve your sport.

RIVERS, WATERFALLS,and RAINFORRESTS

COFFEE and BUTTERFLIES

For coffee lovers it is a must to take a tour to one of the many coffee factories, where You can see how the beans are picked and processed to provide you with that Delicious cup of coffee in the morning.

We have tours to a variety of coffee plantation where you can learn about the history of coffee and how the beans are grown and processed. From viewing the plants close up to understanding how the beans are dried and then roasted, to the packaging stage for home consumption and export, is a must for all coffee lovers. Afterwards a butterfly farm tour where you will learn about the 60 + species of butterflies here in Costa Rica while viewing these beautiful and fascinating winged creatures close up.
